Container smoke checks

Purpose

Check that the shipped container starts and serves its expected scenario.

Use the release source

Copy and adapt docker-smoke-checklist.md to the target project. Fill the placeholders and preserve the applicable project rules. A template is a starting document, not evidence that its checks were executed.
