Overview
Detect and resolve task-ID collisions in the TOCTOU window between /dr-init reservation and /dr-archive completion. IDs are allocated and reserved with dev-tools/next-free-id.sh (an atomic mkdir mutex under datarim/.id-reservations/, TTL 1800 s by default); a hand-rolled probe is only a fallback.
