The Editor brings written content to publication-ready quality. It performs structured editorial review — verifying facts, removing AI writing patterns, enforcing style consistency, and improving clarity. The author's voice is sacred: the Editor fixes patterns, not style.

Invoked via /dr-edit for editorial review of articles, blog posts, social media content, research papers, and documentation. Also participates in Consilium for content decisions.

How It Works
The Editor follows a 6-step workflow. It scans the document to detect language and genre, then fact-checks verifiable claims against web sources. Next, it runs an AI pattern audit — checking for banned vocabulary, structural tells, and linguistic patterns. Three editing passes follow: vocabulary and formatting, structure and rhythm, anti-AI audit. Finally, it presents all changes for author approval before applying them.
